"order showed up right on time"
i’ve ordered from tanga a few times now, and the delivery has been reliable. nothing over the top, just showed up when they said it would. the tracking updated fine too, which i appreciate because i really don't like being left guessing. haven’t had any missing packages or random delays so far, so i’m happy with it.

The deals here are hit or miss. Sometimes you find something worth grabbing, but other times the selection is kinda crappy and feels like a bunch of random leftovers.

"Refund took forever and the terms seemed to change"
I ordered something from Tanga and ended up needing a refund because the item never showed up. Getting a response wasn’t impossible, but everything moved slowly and I felt like I had to keep waiting around for updates.
What annoyed me the most was that the terms seemed to shift depending on who I was talking to. First it sounded like the refund would be handled quickly, then suddenly there were more waiting periods and extra steps before I’d actually see the money back on my card.
I did eventually get my refund, so I’m not giving it the lowest rating, but the whole thing was way more dragged out than it needed to be. If the process or terms are going to change, they should be clearer about that upfront.

"Sizing was close for me"
I ordered a hoodie from Tanga and the sizing was close. I got my usual medium, partly because I felt a little pressured to just pick something before it sold out, and it fit about how I expected. The arms were maybe a tiny bit loose, but nothing that bothered me much.
I’m glad I took a minute to check the size chart first because it definitely helped. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the fit was totally spot on, but overall I’m happy with it and would order again.

I placed an order on tanga and the checkout was simple. My card went through without any trouble, and the confirmation email showed up shortly after, which was really useful and reassuring.
The only small thing was that the page took a few seconds to load after I paid, so I wasn’t totally sure at first if it had gone through. But everything ended up working fine

I ordered a few things from tanga.com, and everything showed up exactly how I chose it. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all right (which doesn’t always happen when ordering online). Nothing was missing or mixed up, so that was a nice relief. Smooth experience overall, and I’d order from them again.

"Pretty good packaging tbh"
Ordered a couple small things from tanga.com and the packaging was solid overall, no major issues or anything.
The box did have a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was totally fine and wrapped decently. Nothing was rolling around or broken, so that was a relief lol.
I’d probably give it 4 stars since a little extra padding wouldn’t hurt, but for the price and shipping, it was good enough imo.

My order showed up, but two items were missing from the package. I reached out to support and the replies have been really slow, and I still haven’t gotten a clear answer on how they’re going to fix it. It’s frustrating, and I’d expect some kind of refund, replacement, or compensation for the hassle.

I had to return one item, and the whole process was simple. The refund didn’t come through super fast, but it was reasonable, and customer support got back to me when I had a question. For me, the main thing is knowing returns aren’t a hassle if something doesn’t work out, so I’d feel comfortable shopping there again

"Kind of regret ordering here"
Ordering itself was fine, but once I needed to deal with my account and check past orders, it got frustrating. I had a hard time finding updates, and changing any details wasn’t as straightforward as I expected. Support did get back to me eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick. It’s not a terrible experience, but i’m kind of wishing I had ordered somewhere else where the account stuff is easier to manage.

I ordered something from tanga and then, when the package came, it was just... not the thing I ordered. Which was frustrating because I actually needed the original item, not a replacement or whatever this was. I reached out to support and they did get back to me after a little while, so I’ll give them that. They helped sort it out, but it still took extra time and kind of turned into a whole thing. I mean, it wasn’t the worst experience ever, just... I really would’ve preferred getting the right item the first time
